Maple Syrup & Confections Contest
The Maple Syrup & Confections contest will include the following categories:
- Golden/Delicate
- Amber/Rich
- Dark/Robust
- Very Dark/Strong
- Maple Candy
- Maple Cream
- Granulated Maple Sugar
The entrance fee for each category is $5 for those with conference registration. Payment will be taken upon arrival. Please put syrup in 250ml kent bottles. All entries must have been produced in 2026 by the person/sugar bush entering their products. Awards will be given during the Banquet on October 22nd, 2026.
