Maple Syrup & Confections Contest
The Maple Syrup & Confections contest will include the following categories:
- Golden/Delicate
- Amber/Rich
- Dark/Robust
- Very Dark/Strong
- Maple Candy
- Maple Cream
- Granulated Maple Sugar
The entrance fee for each category is $5 for those with conference registration. Payment will be taken upon arrival. Please put syrup in 250ml or 500ml kent bottles. All entries must have been produced in 2026 by the person/sugar bush entering their products. Awards will be given during the Banquet on October 22nd, 2026.
